Experts at recruitment
A close-knit team placing dependable people on UK farms — built on real farming experience and an honest, personal service.
A story rooted in farming
We are close friends working together to find & place the best possible South Asian candidates with farmers in the United Kingdom and beyond.
Krish befriended UK farmers years ago & worked in Aberdeen since 2016. During his time there, his employer, friends and neighbours asked if he could help them recruit suitable candidates, as he knew exactly what such a role requires — armed with his Scottish experience on top of his own farming knowledge and background. Shanta completed her degree in 2017 and, since 2018, has been in Sindhuli, Nepal, gaining practical farming experience. She acts as an ideal contact person for the farmers, families & the South Asian people we place.
We are an ambitious duo who started with the farmers known to us and a humble social media page. Topped with great referrals, we've expanded and grown from strength to strength. We constantly strive to enhance our services & broaden our knowledge to ensure client and customer satisfaction — delivering an honest service & going the extra mile, respecting diversity for all our clients and being available throughout the day, even at the odd midnight hour.
